Asian-Style Chicken with Pineapple

Needed at Time of Preparation:
24 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
3 cups pineapple, cubed
¼ cup Bragg liquid aminos
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
½ cup chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. onion powder
1 cup low-sodium gluten-free chicken broth or stock
½ tsp. ground ginger
Preparation Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a gallon-sized freezer bag and smoosh around to coat everything evenly.
  2. Remove as much air as possible and seal bag.
  3. Label the bag with the information below, then freeze.

    2 16-oz. bags frozen Szechuan mixed veggies or any mixed veggies
    Instructions:
  4. Thaw bag completely for 24–48 hours or more.
  5. Dump the contents of the freezer bag into the crock and spread out evenly.
  6. Cover and cook on High 3–4 hours of at least 6–8 hours.
    Add frozen veggies in the last 1–2 hours.
