Cranberry Chili Chicken

Needed at Time of Preparation:
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
½ cup chilli sauce
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
½ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
¼ tsp. ground allspice
Preparation Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a gallon-sized freezer bag.
  2. Smoosh everything around to coat chicken completely.
  3. Remove as much air as possible and seal bag.
  4. Label the bag with the information below, then freeze.

    Makes 6 servings
    Cooking Time: 4 hours Ideal slow-cooker size: 5-qt.
  5. Thaw bag completely for 24–48 hours or more.
  6. Grease interior of slow-cooker crock.
  7. Empty entire contents of bag into a crock.
  8. Cover. Cook on Low 4 hours, or until instant-read meat thermometer registers 160–165°F when stuck into thighs.
  9. Serve thighs topped with the sauce.
