Creamy Italian Chicken

10¾-oz. can cream of chicken condensed soup
8 oz. cream cheese
1 oz. dry Italian dressing spices
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
Preparation Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a gallon-sized freezer bag.
  2. Remove as much air as possible and seal bag.
  3. Label the bag with the information below, then freeze.
    TIP: This recipe is so easy to assemble, you might consider doubling the ingredients and making 2 freezer meals while you’re at it, instead of just 1.

Instructions:

  1. Thaw completely for 24–48 hours or more.
  2. Empty contents of freezer bag in the crock and spread out evenly.
  3. Cover and cook on High 3–4 hours or on Low 6–8 hours.
  4. Serve over cooked noodles, if desired.
