Italian Slow-Cooker Chicken

24 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
3 cups dried garbanzo beans
16-oz. bag frozen spinach
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. Mrs Dash Italian Medley Seasoning Blend
1 cup low-sodium gluten-free chicken broth
Preparation Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a gallon-sized freezer bag.
  2. Remove as much air as possible and seal bag.
  3. Label the bag with the information below, then freeze.
    TIP: This recipe is so easy to assemble, you may want to consider doubling the ingredients now and make 2 freezer-bag meals instead of just 1.

  1. Thaw completely for 24–48 hours or more.
  2. Empty contents of freezer bag into the crock.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or High for 3–4 hours.
