Pineapple Chicken

3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
¼ cup soy sauce *replace with tamari or liquid aminos to keep this recipe gluten-free
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
16 oz. crushed pineapple
Preparation Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a gallon-sized freezer bag.
  2. Remove as much air as possible and seal bag.
    3. Label the bag with the information below, then freeze.
    TIP: This recipe is so easy to assemble, it may be worth doubling all ingredients now and making 2 freezer-bag meals for yourself instead of just 1.

    Serving Suggestion: Serve with rice.
  3. Thaw bag completely for 24–48 hours or more.
  4. Place all ingredients from the freezer bag into a slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on High 4 hours or on Low 6–8 hours.
  6. Serve over rice if you choose.
