Quick Italian Chicken Strips with Veggies

Needed at Time of Preparation:
1½ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 lbs. frozen California blend vegetables
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups Italian dressing *make sure yours is gluten-free if you’re making this recipe gluten-free
Preparation Instructions:

  1. Cut chicken breast in 1½-inch strips.
  2. Place chicken, frozen vegetables, and onion into a gallon-sized freezer bag.
  3. Pour dressing over top.
  4. Taking out as much air as possible and seal bag.
  5. Label the bag with the information below, then freeze.
    TIP: This recipe is so easy to assemble, you may consider doubling the ingredients and prepping 2 freezer-bag meals instead of just 1.

    Makes 6 servings

  1. Thaw completely for 24–48 hours or more.
  2. Place contents of bag into the crock.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 3½–4 hours.
  4. Serve with optional garlic bread.
