Easy Pork Loin

Needed at Time of Preparation:
1½-lb. pork loin
2 Tbsp. soy sauce *omit if making this gluten-free
2 Tbsp. tamari sauce *double this to 4 Tbsp. if making this recipe gluten-free
¼ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. garlic powder
Preparation Instructions:

  1. In gallon-sized freezer bag place pork loin and all ingredients.
  2. Seal bag and turn several times to cover the meat with marinade.
  3. Remove as much air as possible and seal the bag again.
  4. Label the bag with the information below, then freeze.
    TIP: This recipe is so easy to assemble, you may want to consider doubling the ingredients now and assembling 2 freezer-bag meals instead of just 1.

  1. Thaw bag completely for 24–48 hours or more.
  2. Empty contents of freezer bag into the crock.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 3–5 hours.
  4. If desired, meat may be shredded to serve.
