Herbed Flounder

Needed at time of Preparation:
2 lbs. flounder fillets, fresh or frozen
¾ cup gluten-free, low-sodium chicken broth or stock
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. dried chives
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
½–1 tsp. leaf marjoram
4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp. sea salt
Preparation Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a gallon-sized freezer bag and smoosh around until all fillets are well-coated.
  2. Remove as much air as possible and seal bag.
  3. Label the bag with the information below, then freeze.

Instructions:

  1. Thaw bag completely for 24–48 hours or more.
  2. Empty contents of freezer bag into crock and spread fillets out.
  3. Cover and cook on High 2–3 hours, or until fish is flaky.
