Needed at Time of Preparation:
1½ lbs. orange roughy fillets, cut to fit in freezer bags
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard *make sure yours is gluten-free to keep this recipe gluten-free
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce *make sure yours is gluten-free to keep this recipe gluten-free
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a gallon-sized freezer bag and smoosh around to coat fillets evenly.
  2. Remove as much air as possible and seal bag.
  3. Label the bag with the information below, then freeze.
    TIP: This recipe is so easy to assemble, you may want to consider doubling all of the ingredients now and preparing 2 freezer-bag meals instead of just 1.

Instructions:

  1. Thaw bag completely for 24–48 hours or more.
  2. Empty contents of bag into the crock and spread out evenly.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 3 hours, or until fish flakes easily but is not dry or overcooked.
